New events and the competition during a pandemic without crowds was unusual to say the least. However , you just have to see the joy on the faces of the competitors from GB to know that it was all worthwhile. Peter Cronin is wondering how much longer we are going to have competitions in which is held in the wrong year, surely it would not have been too difficult to call it the 2021 Olympics. A massive victory for team GB to come fourth behind big countries like USA and China. Bring on Paris , which surely will take place under normal conditions.
