Hoppings, Hay Fever , Horrendous Rain

Those are the three words that I would usually describe the Hoppings with and it is probably no exception but the world is moving on and the town moor is absolutely buzzing this year. The atmosphere will make a shiver go down your back.

As always in Newcastle there is security and medical help for those that need it. Security seems a bit toned down this year but I suspect that they are just very reactive and if necessary it would be stepped up rapidly. Meanwhile everyone can have a chilled time.

There are plenty of these small stalls for those that want them.

The big rides are what it is all about and even though this one did not look as big as some of them I think that you would get exactly the experience that you were looking for.

So if you are looking for a big ride this is pretty high up in the air. I think that it looks super scary.

Another one that does not look too big but I think that you will know that you have been on a ride when you get off.

Just awesome and you can hear the screams.

There is plenty of food but this was one of the rare places that I could find what things cost. As far as the rides are concerned if you have to ask how much it is before you get to the end of the queue you probably can’t afford it.

Another one that did not look too big but it went pretty fast.

Seriously , this is Newcastle , probably a lot of money paid to the legal team for this but if you don’t fit at least one category you probably are not on the ride.

That is a serious bit of kit , don’t get on if you are a little bit nervous.

To be fair this seemed quite reasonable. Looks like the best Hoppings for a while , great atmosphere , well organised and loads of fun.
