The Great Dinner Debate , which side of the plate are you on?

Well it is pretty obvious is it not? You have breakfast followed by dinner followed by tea?

Well maybe not? It appears that when I am having dinner others are having lunch or if you are posh Luncheon. When I am having my tea others are having their dinner. Apparently some people manage to find time for elevenses , high tea and supper.

Let me know what your mid-day meal is and I think you will find that I am in the right 😉

No debate necessary. If you have your main meal, i.e. the equivalent of meat and 3 veg, at midday or thereabouts, that is your dinner. If you have that meal in the evening then that is your dinner. A sandwich/soup/salad at around midday is lunch. Metabolically speaking we should have our most substantial meal at breakfast time! Brunch does not count!
