Peter Cronin thinks that the nhs track and trace app is so clearly flawed that there is not much point in using it. There are stories about phones in lockers priming the app leaving to several thousand workers being pinged when they are nowhere near their phones. We now have shortages in shops and facilities such as the nhs because so many people have been pinged.
In typical covid19 thinking the solution has been revealed, Why not exempt anyone who has been double jabbed from isolation , but here is the rub, as long as they are in sectors that it has become an embarrassment. So , if you work for a supermarket you don’t have to isolate but if you have an ice cream shop you have to. This is just more illogical thinking from the government. If it is safe for people working in supermarkets not to isolate then it is safe for anyone who has been double jabbed not to isolate.
No doubt penny will drop on this one shortly.
