The first advert that I saw on the tv this morning was advertising gifts for Christmas and we are not even at the end of September, so what is going on?
The advertising problem has been going on for years, gradually creeping earlier each year but this time , seriously? I think they may be having a laugh. At the same time that they are urging you to buy toys for Christmas because there may be supply problems in December , and we are looking at 95 sleeps here people.
So why bother , we may be having another lockdown over Christmas if things go pear shaped and who is responsible? Oh the blame game that we all play in the UK . Well obviously it must be brexit or covid19 ,obviously.
Will the gas supply cease at the end of the week , probably not, don’t forget we have clean energy now , did someone mention that there was not enough wind in the last month and that is to blame.
Or is it Boris , or that other bloke , whatever he is called , obviously.
So very quietly start preparing for Christmas with no toys or turkey , hugs banned , obviously , and masks to be worn while we don’t pull crackers because they are banned now , obviously.
Maybe we will have Christmas from home , or will it be a hybrid Christmas? Will we ever get out of this crazy world?
