This game had everything including a fantastic team performance. Two penalties, two goals from Jude Bellingham and of course one from Harry Kane and eventually a 3-2 win to take us through to the quarter finals against Norway.
Pickford saved the day again with a class performance . So we have the class players but , make no mistake , every player , the starters , the finishers the whole team put in a shift and won the day.
A great start , but when it mattered the tactics were changed and we weathered the storm and won the match. We have the ability and spirit to go all the way but for now , bring on Norway in the quarter finals on Saturday at 10pm in English time.
England is buzzing , let’s hope we can finish the job.
